OUR PRICE MATCH COMMITMENT
If you find an item cheaper in another boutique or online shop we will usually match this price. This does not include eBay shops nor manufacturers’ samples.
The item & size you need must be in stock with the supplier advertising the cheaper price (or the supplier must have confirmed they are able to supply it). Please provide price details, a link/website name or contact details for the supplier, either by email or in Comments when ordering, in order for us to validate the lower price.
We will not necessarily be able to match other suppliers’ composite or combined offers, but we will do our best.
As we have a High Street shop, we cannot guarantee availability of any items shown on the website. For repeatable stock items, we reserve the right to decline an order should we not have the size you need in stock. In some circumstances we may place a special order, but only if your order fulfils minimum reorder requirements that our own suppliers may apply i.e without incurring additional handling surcharges or postage costs to ourselves. Under these circumstances, we will inform you straight away.
